We supply oil, fuel and fluid analysis instruments, oil filtration systems, oil testing and filtration services to the Indian industry and military.
Petrolabs specializes in providing onsite oil analysis systems, turnkey onsite laboratories, oil filtration systems, Total Lubrication Management (TLM) on both a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) and Build-Own-Transfer (BOT) basis serving India and the Middle East. Petrolabs, headquartered in Hyderabad, is a ISO 9001:2015 certified company and our laboratory is NABL Accredited as per globally accepted ISO 17025 standard. We do diligent implementation of ASTM, IS, ISO test methods with branches in Bhubaneswar and Mumbai. Petrolabs believes in “Education is the Key to Success”. PetroINSTITUTE (www.petrolabsinstitute.com) offers in-house/on-site training and consulting services. We offer our customers with training on practical oil analysis and Wear debris monitoring using Analytical Ferrography.
Our in-house lubrication training courses cover most of the body of knowledge required to become certified from ICML or STLE USA for Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT), Machinery Lubrication Analyst (MLA), Laboratory Lubricant Analyst (LLA), Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA) and Certified Lubrication Specialist(CLS) certification exams. We offer wide range of consultancy services in Lubrication such as Lubrication Excellence Audits Aka Lube Audits, Maintenance Excellence Audits and Total Lubrication Management TLM services.

We also provide oil/fuel testing services from our NABL accredited laboratory in Hyderabad. We came into existence in the year 2011 as a private limited company at Hyderabad in Telangana, India. We have circuit laboratories across all regions in India. Our company is associated with Spectro Scientific USA and others, offers instruments for analyzing lubricants and fuel to predict and avoid machine failure.
Our company offers turnkey solution of Industrial Tribology Laboratory (ITL) ONSITE for Indian consumers providing condition monitoring for lubricants, machines and engines by oil analysis. We use A.S.T.M. standardized test procedures whenever possible. This assures you of receiving accurate, uniform and reliable test data, corrective maintenance suggestions and diagnostic statements on all our analytical reports using Spectro Track an Information Management System (IMS). Furthermore, our company maintains transparency in its business deals and operations that attract the customers most and helpful in earning their trust and confidence. We can also setup temporary ITL’s for customers in power plants during the commission.
