Tripler R Japan high speed oil filtration systems provides a convenient mode of offline filtration, flushing and fluid transfer for use with in-plant machinery and hydraulic equipment.

Features

• Compact and light off-line bypass oil cleaners.
• Built around a very compact power pack, they can easily be connected to the oil reservoir.
• The standard version comes fully equipped with a suction strainer and a GE on/off switch box with thermo-protection. All units have a mounting bracket for quick installation and a pressure gauge to check the element contamination level.
• All SE off-line oil cleaners are fitted with M-series 2μ absolute filter elements (beta ratio ß2 >400).
• Standard units are suitable for systems with an oil tank capacity up to 6.000 litres.
• Low running cost, easy installation & maintenance.
• Also available for water glycol fluids with coated housing and WG element.

Turbine oil, just as any other industrial liquid, must comply with certain specifications and standards. The most important parameter is oxidation stability and resistance to aging. As water, air and other contaminants enter the oil, the oxidation processes accelerate. Besides, aging oil can form sludge, which is difficult to remove from internal spaces of the equipment and which affects the equipment adversely by increasing the rate of mechanical wear. Formation of stable compounds with water promotes corrosion. Sludge, as a result of the aging process, causes wear of supports and bearings. The contaminants reduce the service life of the turbine oil and cause increased wear of industrial equipment.

With high quality of turbine oil production, as well as by introduction of various additives, oil quality can be maintained longer, and the aging process is slowed.
