The assessment has 20 areas the plant will be rated, each area is rated on a 0-10 scale. Each area of the assessment has 5-8 questions to gain an understanding of the plants knowledge and practices. Many operations rate very low and this correlates to short bearing and gear life along with undesirable downtime.}
